A Diagnostic Sleep Study, is the best way to diagnose which specific sleep problem you are suffering from. The easiest way to get an insurance-covered sleep study is by taking the Sleep Quiz and sharing the results with your primary care physician. In some cases, this does not need to be during an office visit and can simply take place over the phone. Based on the results of the sleep quiz, your physician will order the appropriate study. The order will then be sent to the sleep center. Once we receive the order, you will be called to schedule your test and make sure your insurance paper work is in order. A sleep questionnaire packet will be mailed to you prior to your test.
